About us

Hey, I'm Ryan! I started this mobile bar business with my wife back in 2014. We wanted to offer a top shelf bartending service to help those celebrating some of the most memorable events in their life. We have since completed over 500+ events including baby showers, Super Bowl parties, festivals, holiday parties, weddings, business events, you name it. Our passion is serving others and having fun while doing it. We promise to make sure your guests have an unforgettable experience.

Ryan's Bartending was one of the first few mobile bar services in North Florida! We pride ourselves on delivering old fashioned southern hospitality, ensuring that your event goes off without a hitch and your guests are well taken care of. Our excellent service is what makes us who we are. Not a pretty bar trailer, not social media posts, just treating each guest at each event like they are family. Our team is fully licensed and insured, giving you peace of mind as we handle all your beverage needs. Let us bring the bar to you and elevate your next celebration!

Our services

We offer three easy bar packages to suit your needs. Our Neat Package includes a licensed bartender for your event and bar tools. Our Rocks Package includes bartender and bar essentials like cups, ice, coolers, straws, and napkins. And our premium service, the Highball Package, includes everything you will need, except the alcohol. Like all mobile bar companies in FL, we are a dry hire, which means you will provide all the alcohol.

Neat Package

Starting at $400

This is the package for you if you want to supply everything and just need a licensed and insured professional bartender at your event. We come provide the tools and service.

Includes:

1 free hour of setup time
General & Liquor Liability insurance
Our stock the bar shopping guide
Professional bartender(s)
Bartender tools

Rocks Package

Starting at $600

This package is for your basic bar setup. We will provide the bartender, tools, coolers and ice for the night, along with straws, napkins, and plastic drinkware. All you will need is the alcohol and mixers.

Includes:

1 free hour of setup time
General & Liquor Liability insurance
Our stock the bar shopping guide
Professional bartender(s)
Bartender tools
Plastic drinkware
Straws and napkins
Ice and coolers

Highball Package

Starting at $800

This package includes everything you need for your bar, except the alcohol. We provide an assortment of mixers and garnishes to give your guests plenty of drink options.

Plastic drinkware

Add ons

Bar Rental

Add our pop up bar with black wrap to enhance your bar experience.

Self serve iced water and tea station to provide drinks for every guest.

Additional Bartender

$100 /hr
